Do I need to pay before you start sourcing?
Yes. Full payment is required before we process and confirm most orders, unless otherwise agreed.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our end.
Custom-sourced items may not be eligible for refunds unless defective.
